These Picnize Token Terms of Use (hereinafter the “Terms”) govern the acquisition and use of digital tokens (hereinafter the “Tokens”) by users of the Picnize mobile application (hereinafter the “App” or “Picnize”).
Picnize is an intelligent photo analysis tool powered by artificial intelligence. The application allows users to receive psychological and emotional analysis of images, as well as other AI-based features.
By using Picnize and purchasing Tokens, you acknowledge that you have read and fully agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must stop using the Tokens and any related functions of the application.

1. General Provisions

1.1. Picnize provides users with the ability to purchase Tokens exclusively through the mobile application.
1.2. One Token grants the user the ability to perform one photo analysis or activate another digital function within the application.
1.3. The website picnize.com is for informational purposes only and does not conduct Token sales, accept payments, or process personal payment data.

2. Token Purchase

2.1. Tokens may only be purchased within the Picnize mobile application using official payment platforms (such as the App Store, Google Play, etc.).
2.2. Picnize does not process or store users’ payment data. All transactions are handled by third-party payment providers in accordance with their privacy policies and user agreements.
2.3. The price of a Token is indicated in the application interface and may change without prior notice depending on currency fluctuations, provider fees, or tax requirements.
2.4. After payment confirmation, purchased Tokens are credited to the user’s internal balance within the application.

3. Use of Tokens

3.1. Tokens are intended solely for obtaining digital services within the Picnize application, including photo analysis and access to additional AI functions.
3.2. Tokens cannot be sold, withdrawn, exchanged, transferred to other users, or converted into money or other assets.
3.3. Picnize reserves the right to modify the list of services provided for Tokens, as well as their cost and usage terms.

4. Refunds and Disputed Transactions

4.1. All Token purchases are final. No refunds are provided, including but not limited to cases of:

  • unused Tokens,
  • account deletion,
  • loss of access to the device,
  • technical limitations on the user’s side.

4.2. In case of payment errors, the user may contact Picnize Support. Payment confirmation from the payment provider may be required.
4.3. If a purchase was made through a third-party platform (e.g., the App Store or Google Play), refunds can only be issued through that platform in accordance with its policies.

5. Token Balance

5.1. The Token balance is stored in the user’s account and displayed within the Picnize application.
5.2. Picnize is not responsible for the loss of Tokens resulting from account deletion, violation of these Terms, or unauthorized access to the user’s device.
5.3. If a user account is blocked or deleted, all acquired Tokens are annulled without compensation.

6. Restrictions and Misuse

6.1. Picnize may temporarily suspend or permanently restrict a user’s access to Tokens in the following cases:

  • violation of these Terms,
  • misuse of the service,
  • attempts to bypass payment mechanisms,
  • chargeback requests or payment disputes.

6.2. In case of Token balance cancellation, no compensation shall be provided to the user.

7. Changes and Termination

7.1. Picnize reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the sale and use of Tokens at any time without prior notice.
7.2. The updated version of the Terms is published on the website https://picnize.com/token-rules and takes effect from the date of publication.
7.3. Continued use of Tokens after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new version of the Terms.
