1. General Provisions

I, the user of the website picnize.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website” or “Service”), hereby voluntarily, of my own free will and in my own interest, give my consent to the Personal Data Operator – Individual Entrepreneur Andrey Valeryevich Zhirikhov (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”) – for the processing of my personal data in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” and the Privacy Policy published on the Website.

I confirm that I provide the following data (depending on the way I use the Website):

• Image (photograph) uploaded by me for analysis;

• Text requests and comments left on the Website.

4. Special Categories and Images

I acknowledge that by uploading a photograph containing a face, I give the Operator my consent to process biometric features (appearance, facial characteristics) solely for the purpose of analyzing the image and forming an informational description.

I confirm that:

• I have all the necessary rights to use and upload these images;
• I have obtained (if necessary) consent from third parties depicted in the photo;

The Operator has the right to perform the following actions (operations) with personal data: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), use, anonymization, blocking, deletion, and destruction.

Processing may be carried out using automated tools, including artificial intelligence algorithms.

6. Procedure and Conditions for Processing

• Processing is carried out in accordance with the Website’s Privacy Policy;
• Data of Russian citizens is stored within the territory of the Russian Federation (in accordance with Federal Law No. 242-FZ);
• The Operator may engage contractors to ensure technical operation of the Website, provided confidentiality obligations are observed;
• The Operator takes reasonable protective measures but does not guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the Internet.

7. Liability and Limitations

I acknowledge and agree that:

• I provide my data voluntarily and under my own responsibility;
• The Operator is not liable for the consequences of providing false or unlawful data by me;
• Results obtained in the Picnize service cannot be considered expert or legally significant conclusions;
• All actions performed using my data within the Service are carried out at my own risk.

8. Duration of Consent

This consent remains valid until it is revoked.
I have the right to withdraw my consent by sending a written notice to the e-mail address: info@picnize.com.
Upon receiving the withdrawal, the Operator ceases data processing unless otherwise required by law, and deletes the data within 30 calendar days.

9. Additional Provisions

• This consent applies to data obtained both before and after its signing;
• The Operator may amend the Privacy Policy without notifying the User;
• I have read and accept the terms of the Privacy Policy.
