8.2. The Operator does not identify individuals and does not store original images longer than necessary (up to 30 days or until deletion by the User).
8.3. The analysis results do not constitute diagnostics and cannot be used for legally significant purposes.

9. Transfer of Data to Third Parties

9.1. The Operator does not transfer personal data to third parties, except for:

• contractors ensuring technical operation of the Website (hosting, e-mail, analytics);
• cases explicitly provided for by Russian law;

12. Liability of the Parties

• the User’s use of analysis results;
• any consequences arising from the User providing third-party data without consent;
• interruptions in service operation, data loss, or technical errors.

12.2. The User independently bears responsibility for the legality, content, and accuracy of the data provided.

13. User Rights

The User has the right to:

• demand clarification, blocking, or deletion of data;
